In my latest ‘how to’ video I take you behind the scenes at my salon while I am creating an elegant low bun on my gorgeous client, Katrin. In this video I also show you a unique way to attach her glamorous headpiece.
When creating the elegant low bun hairstyle keep in mind your clients head and body proportions. The bun placement and size of the bun is very important in making the hairstyle look balanced.
The products I am using in the video are:
Large Hair Sponge | The sponge is the base of the bun. I cut my sponge open to re-shape it how I needed for this style. Then sewed it together before adding it to the hairstyle.
Laque Couture Hairspray from Kerastase | This is a light, flexible hairspray that is fused with a Vita Ciment Complex. It allows me build the hairstyle without damaging the hair.
T3 Featherweight Blow-Dryer | I use the blow dryer to lock the hairstyle into place and give the hairstyle a clean finish.
