SALON TODAY 200 CRITERIA
To be eligible for consideration in the Salon Today 200, salons had to meet the following criteria:

Professionalism - The salon is primarily a provider of professional salon services including, but not limited to, one or more of the following: hair care, skin care, body care, and spa treatments.

Volume - The salon generated gross salon service and product sale revenue of at least $200,000 per year since 2002. 

Growth - Salon revenues were grater in 2003 than in 2002 and projected to grow between 2003 and 2004.

Willingness to Share - The salon owners signed the completed entry form, which included financial disclosures for 2002 and 2003 and other statistical information, and granted SALON TODAY permission to edit and publish this information.

Verification - The salon owner submitted documentation to verify financial for 2002 and 2003.
