Reservation

Brides, Bridal Party & Evening - hair and makeup reservations are PREPAID. Clients are required to pay in full in order to make their reservations.

 

Bridal Hair & Makeup Trial Runs – Brides who want to book trials are required to place a $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve their pre-wedding hair & makeup trial run appointments. The pre-wedding hair & makeup trial runs are performed in salon only. After the trial is successfully completed, the bride then needs to pay the remaining $450 balance in order to lock in her wedding date. (The trial includes a full consultation, one complete hair style and one full makeup). The trials take about 3 ½ - 4 hours so please plan ahead. Additional trials for different looks will result in extra costs.

Travel Policy

Complimentary Travel: Mobile/ Travel within Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale are already included in the package of booking a BN Artist.

Travel within Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Orange County will result in a total charge of $950 for the Platinum package and $700 for the Gold Package (includes wedding trial, wedding day hair & makeup and travel charge).

All locations should be decided 3-4 weeks prior to your reservation date and any additional charges will be calculated before the reservation. If your event is in a facility that has valet parking, it is your responsibility to pay for the artists. We will either charge you directly for valet parking fee’s on the day you make your reservations, or the artist will charge the fees to your hotel room.

Gratuities

Your service price does not include gratuity. While it is completely your choice, it is customary to tip your artist. General rules is 15% and up.

Cancellations

Pre-paid Appointments: If for any reason you need to cancel your pre-paid appointment please do so at least 30 days prior to your appointment. When appointment is pre-paid in full and is cancelled prior to 30 days, the salon will keep a 20% cancellation fee and refund the remaining amount to owner. If appointments are cancelled within the 30 day interval your entire payment will be lost.

 

Trial Deposit: Our policy states that NO DEPOSIT is refundable under any circumstances. If an emergency should arise, you can keep your deposit as a Salon Credit, as long as you cancel 30 days prior to your appointment date. If you cancel your appointment within the 30 day interval, You will lose your FULL DEPOSIT as a cancellation fee.
